Ingredients:
Valeriana officinalis (root) °^˘ 1:2 fresh plant extraction
Other Ingredients: ethanol*^˘ and distilled water (50% EtOH)

Our process: Each tonic is crafted the day of harvest, using organically grown plant parts, USDA Certified Organic ethanol and traditional maceration methods to extract all available botanical constituents. Why alcohol? Alcohol is a magical solvent that is made by plants, which dissolves the soul of the plant into the 'spirit' (alcohol). It synergistically extracts both the plants natural volatile oils and its water soluble compounds, in the same manner and ratio that the plant would contain in nature. Essentially, we are capturing a plants life force (Prana or Qi) and vitality at its peak and preserving it for optimum potency.
Suggested use: 1 full dropper (about 30 drops or 1/8tsp) under tongue or in tepid water, juice or tea up to 3 times daily to support a peaceful day or restful evening*. Please consult your health practitioner before use and as always, adjust your dosage to your unique health needs, body type, tolerance and time of day.
Safety + storage: Store upright in cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
Packaging Note: A 1" plastic tamper resistant band is applied to the cap, for your safety. It is BPA-free, FDA-approved and recyclable. All other packaging materials (bottle, boxes, labels and paper) can be recycled and/or composted.
