Refund Policy

Because our products and ingredients are fragile, perishable or personal in nature, and for the safety of all of our customers, we do not accept any returns, even if unopened.  All sales are final, so please order carefully.

If you are new to October Fields, we recommend purchasing a small amount/quantity to try, ensuring that the product is suitable for your needs.

If your merchandise was damaged during transit please contact us within 3 business days of receipt to initiate a replacement.  We will reply requesting detailed photographs of the product and its packaging, as well as, any other information required to replace the item(s).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
