Because our products and ingredients are fragile, perishable or personal in nature, and for the safety of all of our customers, we do not accept any returns, even if unopened. All sales are final, so please order carefully.
If you are new to October Fields, we recommend purchasing a small amount/quantity to try, ensuring that the product is suitable for your needs.
We are the maker of the product, not the carrier. We are happy to help in any way we can, but once your order has shipped, we do not have any control over delivery and timing thereof. Please refer to your tracking number for accurate updates and contact your local UPS, USPS or FedEx for further assistance. If the carrier has attempted to deliver your order and are unsuccessful in completing the delivery, there may be an issue with your address or customs requirement. It is buyers responsibility to contact a local carrier office for assistance.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
